What we collect. Your email when you subscribe. When you request a ticker: your name or entity, your relationship to the company, and any position statement you give us. Payment is handled by Gumroad or Substack; we don't see your full card number.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, it is delivered to us through FormSubmit, and we receive your name, email and message and use them only to reply.
What we publish. For accepted paid requests only: the requester name or entity, the amount, and the position statement you gave us. Declined requests are not published.
How we use it. To send the newsletter, screen and fulfill requests, keep a conflicts record, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with. Service providers we use to operate (for example Substack; Gumroad for payments and delivery; Passionfroot for sponsorship bookings; Zoho for email; FormSubmit for the contact form; and GitHub Pages for hosting), and authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Request and payment records for 7 years for tax and compliance.
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email. Ask to see or delete your data at hello@deliverydatesresearch.com; published disclosure labels stay up.
